Welcome to CEO of Napping! That’s me; I’m your resident bedhead, and if you’re anything like me—a sleepy girl meant to read, sleep + enjoy life but forced to work, grind + cry—you’re in the right place. Sleep is my absolute favorite thing, but here’s the kicker: I have Idiopathic Hypersomnia, a sleep disorder that makes me feel tired all day, every day, no matter how much I rest. Fun, right?

About 10 years ago, I got diagnosed with this incurable sleep disorder, and it totally rocked my world. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to understand sleep better, improve my health, and find some much-needed work life balance (so far, I’ve been unsuccessful on that last point * sigh *), but I’ve picked up a lot of tips and tricks along the way that I bet you’d like to know.
